• Quotations: Any quotations provided by us are based on the information you provide. Additional charges may apply if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
• Deposits and Payment: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods agreed upon by both parties.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to cancellation fees, which will be deducted from the deposit.

3. Liability and Insurance

• Damage to Property: We take care in handling your items; however, we are not liable for any damage to items that are improperly packed by the client. Additional moving insurance is available for purchase.
• Liability for Delay: While we aim to complete services within the agreed-upon time frame, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or government actions.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information regarding the details of your move, including the size, number of items, and any special requirements.
• Accessibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the premises are accessible for our movers, including the availability of elevators, parking, and entry points.
• Packing Requirements: All items must be packed and ready for transport unless you have hired us to provide packing services. Hazardous materials, perishable goods, and pets cannot be transported.

5. Storage Services
If you opt for storage services, the following terms apply:

• Storage Period: The storage period is agreed upon during the booking process. Additional fees may apply for storage beyond the initial period.
• Access to Stored Goods: Clients may access stored goods with prior notice. The company reserves the right to deny access if outstanding payments are due.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service provided.
